Such a sad story. A married couple that was expecting a baby soon were run over and killed in Brooklyn by a speeding driver who never stopped. The man Julio Acevedo has been telling people he didn’t stop because he was being chased by a man with a gun and if he stopped he thought he would be killed. According to friends, Acevedo has been expressing alot of remorse. He was quoted as saying “My heart goes out to them,” Acevedo told the newspaper Tuesday in a phone call arranged by a friend. “I didn’t know they died until I saw the news.” So far however, he has not turned himself in and Police have not been able to locate him. The story is still developing, but Acevedo has a sketchy past. He already served 10 years in prison for manslaughter. He needs to turn himself in ASAP. Watch the video after the jump.
