I’m a firm believer in the quote, “Good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” While it may take weeks, months, even years to see why something wasn’t right for you, eventually you find out or at least, get a second chance at your dreams. LaTavia Roberson was unceremoniously booted from Destiny’s Child years back, but she’s coming back stronger than ever now with a good man, a baby on the way, a reality show AND a book! Don’t call it a comeback! Details on her new ventures below.
First of all, can you believe LaTavia is only 31?! She was SO young when she was in Destiny’s Child! Anyhow, guess when her due date is: Beyonce’s birthday, September 4th! Talk about irony, huh?
The father is a “well known Alanta producer” but the press release doesn’t elaborate on who. The release also says she plans to about her past, pregnancy and plans for her future in the new reality show, produced by Carlos King who’s responsible for “RHOA”, “Oprah’s Season 25 Behind The Scenes,” “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and more.
It was also revealed that LaTavia recently signed a production contract with hit reality television producer Carlos King since she’s ready to open up about her past past battle with molestation, alcoholism and jail time (whoa!), pregnancy and plans for her future.
Her “tell all” memoir is also due later this year. Sounds like 2013 will be a good year for her!
