The prosecutors handling Lindsay Lohan’s criminal case are not playing around this time. It seems that the troubled actress is headed either to jail or rehab. Although Lindsay is refusing to take any sort of deal, The Los Angeles City Attorney is refusing to back down and plans on sentencing Lohan to either 45 days in prison or 60 days of rehab. I highly doubt rehab will work since she relapsed the first time she went there. Maybe some jail time will do her some good? Read more below.
Along with the jail or rehab time, Lindsay will be required to do community service as well as public service announcements. If she takes the jail time, she will only serve about 11 days in prison due to overcrowding. This is aside from the 245 days she is facing for breaking probation.
