Is internet addiction real, you could sit in front of a computer for 3 to 4 hours without even knowing, I personally do it all the time but does it mean I’m addicted to the internet. According to recent infographic I could be addicted, a new study says I could be Internet addiction disorder (IAD), which is defined as a “problematic or pathological use of computers and the Internet space.” IAD is a new disorder that involves excessive social networking, online shopping, and blogging, as well as compulsive online gambling and watching of Internet videos or pornography, not to mention playing online games.
