According to the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, 40 appeared in court Tuesday (March 29th) for an arraignment, but the hearing was continued since no charges have been filed against the rapper.

Police claim they caught 40 Glocc in a black Ranger Rover, with a loaded 9MM handgun on the passenger seat.

The rapper was also allegedly with documented members of the Colton City Crips.

Various members of the gang, including 40 Glocc, have been banned from the Arbor Terrace Apartments through a 2008 court injunction, which prohibits them from congregating anywhere in the area, due to their alleged criminal activities.

40 Glocc recently sat down with AllHipHop.com to discuss his material. During the interview, he shared his thoughts on the police and his recent legal troubles.

“I really am anti crooked cops, you know? Law enforcement agencies, DEA agents, DA’s and judges and I am totally anti-crookedness,” 40 Glocc told AllHipHop.com. “I think they f**k up our lives as youth and we came from that with my own views, so I gave my own views and that’s why I came with the song “F**k the Police”. It had to do with the officers and crooked DA I was up against and my court litigation and them accusing me of something and them judging me off entertainment and classifying me as a terrorist without any proof, and it’s just using music to do it.

“I have a freedom of speech and I should be able to say whatever the f**k I want,” 40 Glocc continued. “I can be Bin Laden today and a husband tomorrow, and a father to my kids, I am allowed to say and be whatever I want in the entertainment world. I can say what I want to do in the entertainment world. If I’m not breaking a law, and in reality I haven’t broken any law and you shouldn’t be able to put me on parole and probation without any crimes committed and that’s basically what’s going on with me.”
