Mendeecees (who gave him this name – from this point on, I will refer to him as Harris) HARRIS of the current season of Love & Hip-Hop has gone to court to discuss some things involving his case on felony drug charges. Harris and his co-conspirators, Tyrus Harris (the brother) and Ronald Walker have been charge for allegedly trafficking more than $2.5miL (count them – $2.5miL) worth of heroin and cocaine. While in court, Frank Sherman, the Assistant U.S. Attorney asked the judge if Harris could be held without bail…there are some facts that the judge has to go over before he makes that decision. WHOA! Once everything is said and done, Harris could face up to 20-years in prison. WHOA!
I wonder what Yandy will do if the worst happens. I know she is NOT sticking by her man, while in prison for no 20 YEARS. A letter will not fix this. Hit the jump to see what Harris’ lawyer, Donald Thompson is doing to prevent this.
Harris’ lawyer Donald Thompson will request a detention hearing that will be scheduled at a court conference set for Wednesday of this week. The defense hasn’t even recieved all of the evidence, so looks like this case may be prolonged a bit. Hear his lawyers statement down below.
Does dude really want to be on these streets with the snitch rumors running rampant?
STUPID COMMENT ABOVE. IF HE WAS A SNITCH HE WOULD NOT BE IN JAIL. IF YOU DON’T HAVE NOTHING SENSIBLE OR FACTS TO SAY THEN DONT’ COMMENT AT ALL. GET YOU LIFE
If he was snitching he would still be in jail , someone snitched on him so he felt it was alright to be a rat… Damn shame
Just cause they stepped him back doesn’t mean he isn’t Rattin… Thet can be looking to lessen his sentence, this ain’t TV homie… Besides ppl kno what he doing, thats why Vado ran too Mia snd those We r tha Best boys… Harris doinf what ge think he gotta do…
Mendeecees looks like a creep a pervert creep and trust me Yandy was loving all that drug money and she knew that he was a modern day Nino Brown she knows the streets and her role her man played in the streets!
CD- a fact of the snitch system..my husbands co defendant snitched still got prison time so snitching dont always get you a “get out of jail free” card but it will get you a reduced sentance.
