Hot 97 and Fox 5’s Lisa Evers has learned nypd has arrested one of the people in the surveillance video. They plan to arrest others as soon as they identify them. The footage was taken inside a Rite Aid on Church Ave in Brooklyn on Monday night. A splinter group broke off from a vigil for an alleged gang member with a gun who was shot and killed by police.
