French Montana received some bad news before heading into his show in ATL on Tuesday. The BX rapper was served legal papers in regards to a lawsuit filed by Waka Flocka’s mom. For those of you know don’t know, Waka’s mom is a manager who managed French back in the day. Debra Antney, who runs Mizay Entertainment, is suing French for at least $50,000 for allegedly making concert deals behind her back. Read more below.
If French did in fact make the deals behind Antney’s back, he would have left her out of her 20% cut that managers receive. Antney also managed Nicki Minaj when Nicki first steppe onto the scene. Hopefully French and Antney can settle their issues quickly and it won’t damage French and Waka’s friendship.
