Carter, 24, a Las Vegas native was arrested at Texas Station casino.  Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say in the declaration of arrest document that Carter added $5 to his wager three different times after the outcome of the game was known.

He faces three counts of fraudulent act in a gaming establishment. Each charge has a possible prison sentence of up to six years.

Las Vegas police booked Carter into the Clark County Jail and then released him.
