Traveling to a place like India, it’s probably your best bet to travel with a man, but even then, you can’t predict what will happen. A Swiss citizen and her husband traveled to India for a bike tour. They were on the road and were attacked by 7 men, who took their belongings, beat up her husband and gang-raped her. This follows the famous case of the woman who was raped in India on a bus that made headlines all over the world, and it still isn’t a crime in India when you are raped. Be safe when you travel!
