Legendary Jersey singer, Jon Bon Jovi, has listed his New York City penthouse on the market. The singer is asking a cool $42 million for the 7,452 square-foot home. Bon Jovi purchased the home back in ’07 for only $24 million. The New York City duplex includes five bedrooms each containing their own bathroom, a wood-burning fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, a huge great room, terraces that are landscaped, and more.
