Story is that the National Enquirer published an article stating that a source by the name of Derrick Handspike mentioned how Bobby and Whitney were going to re-marry each other right before her death. Seeing as Bobby was with his now wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown he feels like the parent company, and Handspike should pay. He’s suing both. I mean how much trouble did this story cause for you Bobby?!
