Google Maps has added a feature that allows users to view real real-time train information for commuters in New York City using their smartphones or desktops to see how soon a train will arrive, how much fares cost and how long a trip will take. The live departure times includes seven lines on the New York City subway system, as well as for buses. Salt Lake City and Washington, DC will also get to experience the real time transit service alerts. These cities join the list of about 800 cities in 25 countries around the world that also use this feature.
They should wire the whole underground transit system with wifi.
