Rob Kardashian could be in a bit of trouble after a major altercation with a female photographer yesterday, but if his claims are true, he could be off the hook. When the photog was snapping pics of him, he stole the memory card to her camera and “manhandled” her. But now he’s speaking out to friends about the situation, and apparently the photog violated his rights and privacy in a major way. Details below.
The cops have launched a robbery investigation now, but Rob is telling people he was at a private gym. He was changing into his gym clothes in the garage in an area that you can’t see from the street. Rob says the woman snuck into the garage (because it’s not accessible to the public without a code) and was taking the pics.
An eyewitness is helping back up his story, telling TMZ the photog had actually driven her car inside the garage and was lying in wait when Rob started changing and then suddenly leaned out of the car window to take the pictures. Who do you think is in the wrong?
