Finally we have an explanation as to why Nelly never wifed Ashanti. He recently admitted in an interview that no one could ever rush him into getting married, he want’s marriage for the long haul and he’s going to propose when he knows it’s right. He also said that he’s only going to get married when he’s completely ready. So pretty much this means Ashanti just wasn’t the one and he wasn’t ready with her. Damn, well we hope he finds true love that lasts!
