Kim & Ray-J

Yesterday, Ray-J sent the internet abuzz when the artwork to his forthcoming single was released. Not only was the artwork a blurred out pic like Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, but it turns out that the pic is a blurred picture of Kim Kardashian. The title of the track is “I Hit It First” and today we have a glimpse at the song’s lyrics and as expected he singer is throwing wild shade at Kanye and Kim. I highly doubt Ray-J was the very first to smash Kim and he certainly wasn’t the last. I’m curious if Ray is going to throw shade at Reggie Bush, Miles Austin, Kris Humphries, and the rest of the men that Kim dated after him. It’s obvious that Ray is attempting to create a buzz about this single and he is succeeding, but would we even be talking about Ray if he was deliberately talking about Kimye? Most likely not. The single is set to make it’s debut next week but we’ll have to wait and see if Kanye is going to even bother firing back. I’m also very curious as to why he didn’t take the shade even further by using a blurred screenshot of his infamous sex tap with him as the single art? Check out Ray’s lyrics below.

Ray sings:

She might move on to rappers and ballplayers
But we all know I hit it first.
I had her head going North and her ass going South
But now baby chose to go West
No matter where she goes or who she knows
She still belongs in my bed.

He also plans on casting a woman that looks like Kim for the video, perhaps he could hit up Reggie Bush’s ex-girl. That last line also seems like the lyrics come from him being jealous that she’s moved on.
