Verizon’s CEO Lowell McAdam is speaking out on playing a role in Steve Jobs’ decision to allow iPhone5 to have LTE. Speaking to the National Association of Broadcasters, McAdam said, “I was really trying to sell him and he sat there without any reaction.” He recalled Steve Jobs telling him, “Enough. You had me at 10 Mbps. I know you can stream video at 10 Mbps.” Also telling him the next iPhone would have LTE. The iPhone 5 is the first model to support LTE.
