Kris Humphries may of just cost himself big time in the courtroom and in his wallet. He was supposed to be in L.A. this morning for a settlement resolution meeting between himself and Kim Kardashian. Geez Kris, of all the things to miss, your gonna miss the meeting about the settlement?? The meeting was mandatory for all parties involved so no excuse is going to please the Judge. According to TMZ:

Sources connected with Kris tell us … he was in NYC at 1 AM today, and looked “extremely upset.” As we reported, he’s supposed to be in an L.A. court today for a settlement conference and his attendance is required.

So if he was in NYC at 1am looking upset, I am guessing it was because unless he took a private jet at a moment’s notice, he would never make it to L.A. in the morning on time. The earliest flights out of the NY area to LA this morning didn’t leave till 6am eastern and would land around 9:15 pacific. Problem is the meeting was scheduled promptly for 8:30am pacific. OOPS!! This is definitely going to hurt Kris in the courtroom. And you know when it comes to money Kim was going to be right on time. Check the video of her pulling up a few minutes early.
