Boston bomber Dzhokar Tsarnaev
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured alive on Friday night after a long manhunt that shut down the entire city. Tsarnaev was rushed to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Upon entering the hospital, Tsarnaev was listed in critical condition but is now in more stable condition. Authorities are still unable to speak to him due to a wound to the neck, but are hoping to interrogate him soon. It is still unknown what charges he will be facing or when they will charge him. According to medical personnel, if Tsarnaev wasn’t captured when he was, he would not have survived and would have bleed out. Read more below.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is likely going to be charged with “use of a weapon of mass destruction to kill people, which carries a possible death sentence,” is under heavy guard. Miriam Conrad, public defender for Massachusetts, has already offered to rep Tsarnaev.
