It looks like for the first time in a landmark case a judge has ruled that you can still get fired for smoking weed in Colorado, even though weed is legal. A man named Brandon Coats who worked for the Dish Network tested positive for marijuana. Brandon had been paralyzed in a car accident and was a medical marijuana user ever since. The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that since marijuana was still illegal under federal law, companies can still fire you. The war isn’t over folks. Check out the article after the jump.
