After being bailed out of foreclosure by Simon Cowell and attempting to sell her home with no luck, singer Fantasa Barrino will be losing her home to the bank. Barrino purchased the North Carolina mansion for $1.3 million and now she just has to walk away from it. She put the house on the market last April for only $800,000 but for some reason nobody wanted to buy it. To save herself from the embarrassment of the home going into foreclosure again, she decided to just sign the property over to the bank. More details below.
Fantasia’s financial issues with her home began in ’09 when she was days away from losing it. She signed the deed to the bank back in February so it’s only a matter of time before she has to be completely out of the property if she isn’t already.
This is a lie as much money as Fantasia got she can pay for that home….she is selling it to purchase another home
