Outlook has over 400 million subscribers to its service. Over the past few weeks, Microsoft has been switching its Hotmail user accounts over to Outlook which created the huge jump in Outlook subscribers.The new web mail service was created to hold over a billion accounts and will be halfway there once all accounts are switched over.
