Unemployment
There’s good news and bad news for the unemployment rate. The good news is that the rate is the lowest is has been since December 2008, the bad news is that it could take up to five years before employment is fully restored. Last month 165,000 Jobs were added to the economy, making the percent down to 7.5 from 7.6 percent. Sadly there are still 12 million people unemployed in the U.S. that are unemployed and if we continue at this rate, we won’t have full employment until 2021. Read more below.

According to reports, 114,000 jobs were added in February and March, but the March report was weaker than expected, especially after some strong months. It’s good news that 210,000 people were able to re-enter the work force, but we have a long way to go.
