Wow, can they not let this man rest in peace? And granted, we don’t know WHAT really happened so I don’t want to take anything away from the victims if God forbid something did, but really? You wait until the man has been gone for almost 4 years, and THEN file a lawsuit? He can’t even defend himself! Famed choreographer Wade Robson (teeny boppers, you probably remember him from his work with Britney and N*Sync, like I do…) has come forward asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse…despite the fact he testified in Michael’s 2005 trial and said NOTHING ever happened. However, in the same trial, Michael’s former housekeeper Blanca Francia testified she witnessed MJ in the shower with Wade when he was 8 or 9 years old. But still, why would you wait until now? Seems like pure greed if you ask me!

This and other cases highlight the need to apprehend accused pedophiles like Sylvain Kustyan ASAP. Kustyan has been formally charged with two counts each of 1st Degree Sodomy and 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a ten-year-old little boy. Kustyan, formerly of Tuscaloosa, AL and France, and a middle school teacher fled the US when an arrest became imminent. Kustyan is currently on the lam and is thought to be in Europe.
