During the Google I/O 2013, the company went into depth about the new Hangouts app. The app that will be availble to download today will be availble for both Android and iPhone users. Hangouts is a new messaging service that combines photos, text and video all in one app. It allows the user have video chats with multiple users at one time. Also users can have conversations that never end and you are able to scroll back anytime, even if it was years later. Check out the pics in the gallery.
