Google

Back in November 2010 Google filed a suit saying Microsoft was infringing on Motorola’s patent which is owed by Google. Xbox 360 is made in China and Google feels it infringes on the controllers made from Motorola. The company tried to block the import of the Microsoft’s game console but this week The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled that that is doesn’t infringe. Microsoft Deputy General Counsel David Howard said, “This is a win for Xbox customers and confirms our view that Google had no grounds to block our products.” Google can still appeal the courts ruling and appeal in a court that deals with patent laws.
