All I have to say is…Groupies will never prosper. Deanna Gines made attempts to hop on top – the stage – during Chris Brown’s appearance at Heat Ultra Lounge in L.A. and when security booted her, she attempted to take other measures by stating that CB knocked her to her knees, which gave her torn ligaments. ALLEGEDLY! When, according to witnesses she was drunk as all hell, and fell down some steps! LOL! Hit the jump and check out the thirsty female leave the parking structure walking on BOTH legs, but not before yelling, “F**k all ya’ll” to the security guards.
