This is a new interesting detail! Lisa Jackson, the former manager of Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House is the pretty much the reason that Paula Deen has NO Pots on shelves now. Jackson is suing for racial harassment, claiming that she has African American ties (don’t we all?). Jackson claimed that her niece was half black, but that’s NOT the case, and because that’s NOT the case Paula Deen is filing documents herself! Hit the jump to get the details.

Documents filed by Deen says that Jackson’s niece is actually Hispanic. How does Ms. Deen know this? Jackson’s own partner ponied up the information. Paula says that the judge needs to fine Jackson with sanctions for creating a bogus racial harassment case.
