Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft has sent out a memo saying that they will soon be undergoing the biggest restructuring the company has seen in years! Ballmer states that the company will be dividing its engineering teams into four different departments: OS, Apps, Cloud, and Devices. The reorganization will last at least until the end of the calendar year but within that time span they plan on making a great deal of change in all aspects of the company.
