Need a house? Got a stash saved up? Philadelphia is the place to be this Tuesday at 10am! Over 200 vacant houses are being auctioned off in for dirt cheap prices. I’m talking prices ranging from $2,000 – $200,000. One guy bought a house at last years event, put about $90,000 of work into it, then sold it for over $285,000. I’m sure he won’t be the only one doing that this year. Philadelphia officials say that this event could raise over $2 Million, lets see. You can view the properties that will be auctioned off here.
