As if the Trayvon Martin/ George Zimmerman case did not cause enough controversy and uproar, the most disturbing news of the whole ordeal has just been revealed. Under Florida law, since Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges, he will be able to receive ALL of his property from the night of the murder….including the gun he used to shoot Trayvon dead with.
After the verdict was announced that Zimmerman is a free man, Judge Debra Nelson stated that all of his property shall be returned to him and that the ankle bracelet monitor shall also be removed promptly.
Let us hope that George Zimmerman doesn’t plan to use his handgun to shoot any more innocent African-American boys who are unarmed since he is now being released back into society like he didn’t do a thing.
