I can’t believe a small fender-bender is really going this far. Someone in the legal system REALLY hates Chris Brown. Here’s the quick back-story to catch you up: Chris was involved in a tiny accident back in May where his Range Rover tapped the back of a woman’s car. He got out, gave her his license and insurance card and kept it moving. The woman, then realizing it was the insurance card for the wrong car and a VA license as opposed to a CA license, filed a report for a hit-and-run, since she did not have his proper info. Mind you, she barely had a SCRATCH on her car and zero injuries. Needless to say, Chris is pissed…and reveals that his lawyer had been reaching out to her multiple times to no avail. With the city of L.A. apparently not his biggest fans, they moved forward with the case and officially charged Chris with a hit-and-run. The woman then went on to say how Chris cussed her out and made her fear for her safety, despite the fact a majority of their exchange was captured on film by paparazzi, and no such thing occurs.
Today all parties appeared in court for the case, and the victim’s lawyer moved to have the case DROPPED as she did not want Brown prosecuted. However, the D.A. said Chris disobeyed the law regardless, and since he’s on probation, he needs to pay for his actions. He requested Chris’ probation be revoked…and the judge on the case AGREED. As it stands now, Chris will remain a free man, and is required to attend a probation violation hearing in August. There, the judge will determine whether he violated his probation, and if so, he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison. This justice system, I’ll tell ya…

it seems to me that the justice system is continuing to keep their double standards. as far as I can tell; they deliberately try to castrate the black man! kkk America is so dang jealous of the genius in the cultured black man. they forced the black man on a ship to come to these diseased arenas to work for cheap labor and forgot that the genius in the black man will be the uprise! and kkk amerikka keeps trying to pit the 99% against each other to have control. they try with Hispanic and black. in fact, they try to keep every other race from making bonds with the black America. but I say, kkk amerikka is going to push the wrong button once too many; and there will be a social uprising. people are tired of low hourly wages, waiting in lines and feeling belittled. I used to say I wish kkk amerikka would stop the greed; but what they hey, now they are about to feel the pain of the meek. so let it roll.
