We reported earlier this week the silent treatment Darius Simmons was receiving from the media in light of Trayvon Martin. Simmons, who was 13 years-old and taking out the trash, was shot and killed by his racist neighbor who claimed Darius had stolen from his house.
Fortunately, a judge was rational enough to take footage of the murder and sentence him to life in prison. “There should never be any light in the tunnel for you,” Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner said. It won’t bring back Darius Simmons, but at least it sends the message that this type of behavior will not be tolerated. RIP Darius Simmons.
Amen! Happy to see their is some justice in this world. Now if we can get justice for my 14 year old son DaShawn Jones and his friend Deandre Felton. DaShawn survived butunfortunately Deandre didn’t and their hasn’t been an arrest yet.

Your son and his friend jumped tried to beat up an innocent passerby who was minding his own business, for kicks. Fortunately for him and unfortunately for the two young punks, he was able to fight back against the unprovoked attack with a pocketknife he happened to be carrying. There will be no arrest because it was self-defense. I hope your son learned his lesson. You, however, don’t seem to have learned anything.
