Sprint announced yesterday that the company will be introducing 4G LTE to some of the NYC boroughs. Begining July 30th the Bronx and Brooklyn customers will have the new network as well as enhanced 3G speed. If you have a prepaid service that shares Sprint’s Network, you will be able to use the 4G LTE in those areas. Sprint’s 4G LTE will work on prepaid brands, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile. The is no word on when the service will be available for all of the NYC five boroughs.
