Motivation comes in many different forms. Past disappoints are usually a good way to get you to move forward (for some, for others it makes them crack). Well veteran safety Bernard Pollard who was signed with the Titans after being dropped by the Ravens keeps something special in his locker. Yea, you better watch out!
