As we’ve reported, Amanda Bynes has been placed on a 5150 involuntary hold, and while she agreed to take medication and wait it out for a week, she has petitioned to regain control of her estate. Her lawyer made the case that she has been stabilized with the medication and can now be left to her own devices. Find out what the judge had to say after the jump.
Ultimately, Amanda doesn’t believe she’s schizophrenic, therefore she might not take her medication if they removed the 5150. But the doctors believe she’s schizophrenic and want two more weeks to diagnose her. The judge agree and she has been denied freedom. Amanda’s the new Britney.
