With the Redskins in training camp right now, most of the talk that has do to with the players is focused on football only. That didn’t stop a restaurant in Richmond, VA from drawing some attention about the team’s star quarterback Robert Griffin. The Redskins have their camp in Richmond, and in an effort to attract members of the team and fans to their place of business, the “Metro Grill” would like to introduce you to the “RG3 Burger”. This is definitely not your typical burger, and I don’t even think I could finish it myself. The monster on bread consists of three patties made with a blend of wagyu beef and bacon fat, three cheeses (goat cheese, gorgonzola and gouda), three condiments (whole-grain mustard, sriracha mayo and roasted garlic spread), lettuce, tomato and bacon on an onion roll. Did I mention it is 14 ounces of beef? Damn near a pound, that I am sure some Redskins lineman would love to bite into, but I don’t know about RG3 himself. Hit the jump for the pics and the tweet from the restaurant to Griffin himself.
