Dying 2-year-old is set to be best man at parents wedding.

Sean Stevenson and Christine Swidorsky were planning to get married next year. However, after hearing the tragic news of their son, Logan, they decided to move their wedding to this weekend and have Logan be the best man. Logan has Fanconi anemia, a rare disease that often causes cancer. In just his two years of living, poor Logan has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, had a stem cell transplant, and he lost a kidney.

Doctors told the couple that the best thing for Logan is to be home with his parents because he would be in more pain at the hospital.

Logan’s father stated, “I just am thankful that I am able to bring my son home and have time with him and hold him before he goes. So, in that sense, I feel lucky that I at least get to say goodbye to my son … and tell him it’s going to be OK.”

Family and friends have been helping out with organizing the wedding, while the couple spends time with their son. They expect about 100 people to attend the wedding this weekend, where Logan will be the best man.
