In Indiana, a dash cam captures footage of a semi-truck going airborne, before hitting the ground causing a pretty big explosion. Hit the jump for more info.
30-year-old Ryan Young of Owenton, Ky. was the one in charge of the truck. He was driving with his son in the passenger seat before he hit a hill that caused the truck to catch air. As soon as the truck hit the ground, it was engulfed in flames. Luckily, Young suffered minor facial and head injuries, while his 7-year-old son sustained only scratches. After the accident, Young told police “[he] was heading east on Interstate 74 near Greensburg early Thursday afternoon when he swerved to avoid a vehicle drifting into his lane.”
