A lawsuit filed in Manhattan states that the group – consisting of Johnny Aguiar and Brett Officer – blew there first $25,000 in 3-months. The defendants used loan money…for illegal purchases of marijuana,” states the claim. The duo alleges that, Manhattan studio owner of StigmaSound, Frank Marquez supplied them there smokes, but…Mita Carriman, Marquez’s attorney says, that the allegations are “100 percent false.”
So, 6-months after the promotion of ONE song, “Incognito,” and 130K later, they have to go to court.
