Derek Medina set to hit court today at 130p. Charged with 1st degree murder and held without bond. Local News has talked to the neighbors and they say they are Not surprised this Happened. Ann Sweary from next door says she had a sense he was a little off, and the wife was a Very Nice person. She says he’s told her “he’s has been attacked by Demons in his apartment”.
Seems like he may go for an insanity plea. We will keep you updated!!

I usually tell the masterminds that some of these criminals are “Do your dirt all by your lonely”, but that doesn’t apply here. 31 year old Derek Medina from South Miami didn’t allegedly, he actually posted a picture of his wife on FB as she was laying on the floor dead(the status for the picture was Rip Jennifer Alfonso). Apparently he was tired of spousal abuse from he because when he posted the pic his ‘friends’ asked what happened, and he replied;
“I’m going to Prison or death sentence for killing my wife love you guys miss you guys takecare Facebook people you will see me in the news my wife was punching me and I am not going to stand anymore abuse so I did what I did I hope u understand Me”
After police found the wife Derek turned himself in, claimed the abused and told them he shot her.
This case is going to be very interesting the way it plays out, his comment on the picture will most likely be considered a confession, and will set a precedent for using your web words against you!
