That must have hurt! A Florida police officer Franklin Hartley pulled over two drunk girls after they left the Vegas Cabaret strip club and told them that they had a chance of getting arrested. After the officer directed the girls to a nearby parking lot, officer Thomas Meranda met Hartley for “backup.” Hit the jump to find out what these two officers demanded of the two intoxicated chicks!

Officer Hartley demanded that one of the girls have sex with him, but Merenda too had a request. He wanted the other girl to punch him in the… you know. (WTF?)
The arrest report states that “Officer Merenda asked the victim [name withheld] to punch him in the ‘nuts,’ meaning genital area.” Officer Hartley encouraged the act, by telling the puncher “Tom really enjoys this.”
These two officers are currently facing up to 15 years behind bars for their inappropriate behavior.
Sounds like a super SICKO! What’s wrong with these dudes? But on another note, I wonder if she did it? Hmmmm….
