A 21 year old man is suing the NYPD because earlier this year he was hit by the NYPD on his bike and suffered serious brain damages. The man is unable to think, and has suffered other symptoms as a result of the accident. Check out more on this story after the jump.

Cuevas was a passenger on the off-roader last October when officers Sabrina Alicea and Walkiria Velez gave chase in the South Bronx. A witness told the Daily News the car bumped the bike from behind, sending Cuevas into the air.
