Around 10 a.m. this morning officials received calls from those surrounding, reporting that they heard shots being fired in the office of the Young Women’s Christian Association in New Hampshire. After responding to the reports officers discovered two bodies within an office area of the building.

Although the victims have been found dead within the office, officers ensure that there is no longer a threat within the area.

“WMUR-TV reports that a man shot and killed a child before taking his own life. Lt. Maureen Tessier, a Manchester police spokeswoman, declined to confirm that to The Associated Press”

The suspect is thought to be the father of the murdered child, whom was “very broken” the week leading to him committing this dreadful murder suicide. The rabbi of the suspect Rabbi Levi Krinsky, of Chabad Lubavitch in Manchester, stated that the had been “very broken” and distraught by the death of his brother, that occurred 5 weeks ago in Israel, reported NYDailyNews.

“The 40-something father, who had partial custody of his child, sent an e-mail to at least one friend saying “he was going to do something of this nature,” Krinsky told the Boston Globe”.

The YWCA building had been filled with adults and children when shots were fired. The building is open on Sundays “for supervised child visitation and custody exchanges”.

Police are currently undergoing further investigation.
