badboy

Well here’s one person who won’t be getting much further in the music industry! A former intern at Diddy’s Bad Boy Records has filed suit against the label, claiming she should have been paid for the work she did from January 2012 to May 2012 that includes answering phones, getting lunch and coffee for paid employees, making deliveries and gift-wrapping presents. Wow…so tough.

Unfortunately, Rashida Salaam may have a real case because of recent changes in the law regarding unpaid internships (no more free labor for course credit.) She definitely won’t be hired by another company in music, though!
