At this point the ‘who for what’ is already kinda known. Lupe was on trial with a business partner, Charles Patton, for because of an alleged ‘heroin enterprise'(well alleged on Lupe’s part). Patton who is currently serving a 44 year sentence has an estranged wife, and she’s the one suing Lupe.
Basically this estranged wife is saying her estranged husband asked Lupe to move and hide ‘some’ money, $9M worth of that ‘some’, and since she’s divorcing him, she wants her piece. She is stating she has proof of the money trail, but Lupe’s lawyers made their own statement:
Inita’s allegations are baseless and will be proven false at trial. Adding, “There are no secret accounts and no illicit instructions.”
I don’t know, I hate the ‘he say she say’, but If I were Patton, I’d prob be on some F**k you stuff, especially with the whole ‘behind bars and you don’t know what’s going on anymore’ situation. Even if she has proof Lupe has $9M, dude gets his own paper.
