The Worm is back from his second trip to North Korea. Yesterday on Twitter Dennis Rodman said he had a big announcement and he made it just a short time ago. He announced that he will train the North Korean basketball team for the Olympics. More details & video (worth watching) after the jump…
On revealing the name of Kim Jong-Un’s baby via KIROTV:
Fresh off his latest trip to North Korea, Dennis Rodman let slip the name of good pal Kim Jong-Un’s baby girl — Ju-ae.
This is the Worm’s second visit to the country, promoting what he calls “basketball diplomacy.” In an interview with The Guardian, Rodman filled the newspaper in on the young dictator’s parenting skills. (Via CNN)
“The Marshal Kim and I had a relaxing time by the sea with his family … I held their baby Ju-ae and spoke with Ms. Ri as well. He’s a good dad and has a beautiful family.” (Via The Guardian)
This is of course a big deal because very little is known about Kim’s private life. He had rarely appeared in public before he was anointed his father’s successor, and it’s not even clear his exact age.

Dennis Rodman just got back from North Korea and he’s already planning another trip.
And this one figures to be a lot longer than the five-day jaunt he just made.
Rodman held a press conference Monday morning to announce that he’ll be training the North Korea basketball team for the 2016 Olympics.
That’s not all, he also says he’s arranged a game between North Korea and a dozen ex-NBA players from the United States. Better yet, he says the game will take place in January for Kim Jong-Un’s birthday.
Rodman continues to say that his trips to North Korea are about “basketball diplomacy” and nothing else, but the fact that the press conference was sponsored by an Irish betting site (and Rodman wore their hat) makes us wonder.
