Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for attacking a photographer this past summer. In the footage, Kanye warns the paparazzi not to speak to him. When Yeezus’ commands were disregarded, Kanye made his wrath be felt and sent the photog running straight to the hospital.
