Nick Carter and Paris Hilton dated briefly from 2003-2004, but according to the Backstreet Boy, it was the worst time in his life! Yikes!

“Paris was the worst person in the world for me to hook up with,” Nick wrote in his new memoir, Facing the Music and Living to Talk About It, adding that she was the root of his issues.

“I could’ve ended up a tragedy,” he elaborated. “During the height of my problems, I did Ecstasy, cocaine and drank a large bottle of vodka a night. The amount I did caused changes to my brain that are responsible for my bouts of depression now.”
