This is one of the first upsets of the night, but definitely not the last!

Huffington Reports: “The win marks Cannavale’s second-career Emmy. He won the 2005 Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series Emmy for his portrayal of Will’s partner Vince D’Angelo on “Will & Grace.” He has four career nominations, including a second 2013 nomination in the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series category for “Nurse Jackie.”

Unfortunately Kerry Washington also took an L to Claire Dane for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama series for her role in Homeland. Totally Un Fair, but as the creator of “Scandal” tweeted after the loss: “#GladiatorsDontCry”

Another winner includes Jeff Daniels for his performance in “The Newsroom”, he picked up the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.

The Hit talent search show “The Voice” won an Emmy as well!
